Over the weekend I was interviewed by Ian who authors the Digital Revolution blog. He gave me quite a grilling and has now published his findings on his own blog. To find out what he discovered head over and read his interview with me.

Spotting those ‘thanks but no thanks’ client enquiries definitely helps, and is something I’ve also learnt how to spot.
Thankfully there haven’t been too many lately, and it always helps to direct people towards my questionnaire. Those who aren’t very serious won’t spend time answering important design questions.

David - Certainly in the early days of establishing yourself as a freelancer (which to be honest, I am in those early days) a job is a job and even the slightest interest in your services can be quite exciting. It takes a bit of discipline to stand back and weigh up what’s being asked of you before you proceed. I’m hoping the ol’ questionnaire form will help.
